Return Eligibility:
Returns or replacements are only accepted if:
- The product received is damaged
- The wrong product is delivered
- The product has a major manufacturing defect
Proof Requirement:
To request a return or replacement, customers must provide:
- Clear product photos
- Packaging photos
- Unboxing video (preferred)
The request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Products:
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Handmade/customized products
- Used products
- Products damaged after use
- Orders placed by mistake

Replacement Policy:
- Approved replacement requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Replacement products will be shipped after issue verification.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be initiated in valid cases where:
- Replacement is not possible
- Product is unavailable
- Severe damage is confirmed
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
